Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. However, due to the nature of our products, specific refund policies apply.

1. Digital Products (Teaching Material)

All sales of digital products are final.

Because e-books and downloadable audio files cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or accessed. We encourage you to read the product description carefully and view any available samples before purchasing.

If you experience technical issues downloading your file, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue.

2. Live Courses & 1-on-1 Lessons

• Single Lessons: Refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Course Bundles: If you purchase a package of lessons, you may request a refund for unused lessons within 14 days of purchase, provided strictly no lessons have been taken. Once a package has started, unused hours are non-refundable but may be valid for a specific period (e.g., 6 months).

3. How to Request a Refund
