Welcome to Moonatic Life. By accessing our website, purchasing our teaching materials, or enrolling in our live courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Intellectual Property (E-Books & Materials)

All content provided on this platform, including but not limited to e-books, audio files, worksheets, and course curriculums, is the exclusive intellectual property of Moonatic Life.

• Personal Use Only: When you purchase an e-book, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your personal learning.
• No Sharing: You may NOT redistribute, resell, share, or publish these files. Sending a copy to a friend or uploading it to a public website is a violation of copyright law.

2. Live Course Policies

To ensure high-quality instruction for all students, the following rules apply to live sessions:

• Scheduling: Classes must be booked in advance through our designated system.
• Cancellations: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full, as the teacher has reserved this time specifically for you.
• Code of Conduct: We maintain a respectful, safe learning environment. Inappropriate behavior or harassment will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout (USD/EUR). Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Moonatic Life does not store your credit card information.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Turkey. Moonatic Life and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
